At Pierco, we are committed to shipping your beekeeping supplies quickly, efficiently, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping policies before placing your order.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated wait time.
- For same-day shipping, please call (800) 233-2662 before 12:00 PM PST. A rush fee may apply.
Important Notice:
UPS & FedEx have suspended guarantees on Express/Overnight shipments. Delivery times for expedited shipping are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts) within the continental U.S..
Exclusions for Free Shipping:
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international locations.
- Oversized or bulk items (e.g., large frame orders, assembled woodenware).
- Freight shipments (see below for details).
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via Standard Ground. You may choose an expedited shipping method at an additional cost.
Freight & Oversized Shipments
Due to weight and size restrictions, certain oversized items must ship via freight instead of standard carriers like FedEx or UPS.
Freight Shipping Cost Estimates
- At checkout, a placeholder fee of $350 per pallet is applied.
- Actual shipping costs range between $100 - $650 per pallet, depending on destination and delivery conditions.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Pierco ships via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Charges & Additional Fees
- Freight charges are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Expedited shipping (Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) is available at additional cost.
Additional Carrier Fees:
- Address correction: $12.00
- Signature required: $13.00
- Call tag (return request): $9.00
- Fuel surcharges: Subject to change without notice.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the box and contents.
- If tracking shows "delivered," but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
- Pierco is not responsible for stolen packages. Consider shipping to a secure location if theft is a concern.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally, but customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- All export orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. For International Orders We accept wire transfers only.
- The customer is responsible for compliance with customs regulations and any costs related to product rejection by an importing country.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed once processed.
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at (800) 233-2662. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
