Order Discrepancies

Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. If there is a discrepancy, contact us within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Beeswax Foundation & Frames: Due to purity concerns, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Final Sale & Custom Orders: Certain products may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable.
  • Restocking Fee: In most cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Exceptions: If we made an error, we will typically provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs (exclusions may apply).

Exchange Policy

  • If you need a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order for the correct item.
  • If Pierco is shipping a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, an additional charge may apply until the original item is returned. A credit will be issued once we receive the incorrect product.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they have purchased Redo Unlimited Returns.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
    3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
